Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Derby Gutter Cleaning services. By booking a service you agree to the following.

1. Quotes & Booking

• Quotes are based on the information you provide and visual inspection (in-person or via camera).
• Prices may change if access or scope differs from the quote.

2. Access & Safety

• We typically work from the ground using a high-reach vacuum. We may need safe access to power and to your property�s exterior.
• Please move fragile items and vehicles away from work areas where possible.

3. Payment

• Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise.
• Invoices are payable by cash, bank transfer, or other agreed method.

4. Limitations

• We do not dismantle gutters or roofing unless specifically agreed.
• Severely damaged or poorly installed systems may limit results; we will advise where repairs are needed.

5. Cancellations

• No fee if cancelled with reasonable notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out charge.
